Deliver & pick up service is available for total hire cost of over $100. Fees will apply based on the customers proximity to our business premise in Lalor Park, NSW and will be added to the final invoice balance. Customers have the option to collect and drop-off rental items at Visually Creative business premise, free of charge.
Delivery/ collect & pick-up/ drop off times to be agreed upon following booking confirmation.
*Visually Creative will not be liable for any delivery or pick-up delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.
Please ensure that the terms and conditions are read and understood before a deposit is paid, as payment will indicate that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the following Conditions. All rental items remain the property of Visually Creative. The rental agreement is between Visually Creative and the Customer.
BOOKING FEE’S & BALANCE PAYMENTS
Visually Creative will require a non-refundable booking fee (mentioned on your invoice) to secure a date in advance via direct bank transfer. Full payment is to be made at a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date.
BOND, DAMAGED, BREAKAGE & LOSS
A bond/security deposit is required for all rental orders and will be refunded once the rental items have been inspected and cleared of damage, breakage or loss. Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days, in full or deducted according to any damage, breakage or loss. This will be returned via bank transfer to the customer.
The amount of bond held will be minimum $150 or greater depending on amount hired.
If there is any damage, breakage or loss to the rental items the Customer will be charged for the replacement value. Replacement value of our rental items is based on the current retail value. The replacement value will be deducted from the Customer’s security deposit. If the replacement value exceeds the security deposit the Customer will be charged for the additional costs which is payable within 7 days of your event.
All hiring rates are ONLY for the hiring of products and not for any other services. Any other services agreed upon will be deemed separate to this agreement.
There is a minimum hire of $100.00 per order. (No exceptions)
Responsibility for the rental items remains with the Customer during the rental period, which includes from the time the items are in the Customer’s possession until the items are accepted back into the possession of Visually Creative. Rental items are not to be used by any other third party.
The rental period is for 2-4 days. Visually Creative must agree to any extension to this period. Should the rental items be held for a longer period without prior agreement, the Customer may be charged a full day’s rental for every additional day.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
We pride ourselves on ensuring our hire items are kept to a high quality standard. As our collection is made up of many pre-loved vintage pieces some items do show some wear and as is common with vintage & depression glass, there may be some visible manufacturing defects.
Upon return of the rental items to Visually Creative, Visually Creative will inspect the items to ensure they are in the same condition as they were supplied.

CARE, WASHING & PACKAGING
Our collection includes fragile items and breakables. The Customer is responsible for taking extra care when handling the rental items, including informing others (i.e. venue) of this, to prevent breakages or damage to items.
All rental items supplied by Visually Creative are clean and ready to use. We ask that all food & liquids be removed from the rental items after use.
All rental items supplied by Visually Creative are packaged carefully to protect against breakage or damage during transit. The Customer is required to ensure the rental items are packed as they were supplied and are safe for transit, including using the packaging material (newspaper, foam, bubble wrap) and containers supplied. Any loss or damage to the packaging material or containers supplied will be charged at replacement value.
For all orders a booking deposit of 50% of the total order will be required upon receiving the invoice to secure order. This reserves all rental items listed on the Customer’s invoice. Orders are not confirmed unless booking deposit is paid. An invoice is valid for 7 days after issue to customer, before items are released to other customers. The final balance is payable 30 days prior to the Customer’s event.
We accept cash payment via bank transfer. Visually Creative’s account details are included on Customer invoice.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation & order changes shall be placed in writing and the date deemed received shall be accepted on the receiving of the cancellation in email. No verbal cancellations shall be accepted this is to minimize any misunderstanding. Any other cancellation outside of the above agreement shall be at the discretion of the Hirer. All changes or removal of items from booking can only be made 30 days prior to the event. Additions can be made at any time subject to availability.
Cancellations within 30 days of event date remain payable in full. Bookings can be postponed to another date, subject to our availability. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required.
Any orders postponed must fall within 6 months from original event date booked. After 6 months, prices will be subject to change. Visually Creative reserves the right not to provide services or products or to cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Visually Creative will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
You take all responsibility for providing correct information regarding venue, access times, dates, contact details etc. Any unreasonable waiting time will be charged at $65 + GST per crew member per hour or part thereof.
Information regarding access times for set up and pack down must be made available to Visually Creative no later than 2 weeks in advance. If the situation has changed as such that the venue only allows 1hr to set up or pack down an additional charge of $220 is payable to Visually Creative from you.
Visually Creative accepts no responsibility for injury caused to any person or damage caused to any property of the Customer resulting from the hire of the rental items.
Visually Creative reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
No refund will be made on outdoor decorations or outdoor ceremony packages in the case of inclement weather where a suitable covered area is not available.
